The property was originally designed by Architect Howard Ratcliff Lawson at the turn of the 20th century, and modified several times throughout its history. Our design was to respect the original form of the building, through an extension that sits on top of the present façade, providing a complementary addition with pitched roof form that integrates into the streetscape.
